We offer a limited lifetime warranty on select products

Procedure

Please contact our  Support  in advance and send the defective product back to us cleaned and empty, otherwise the dirty product will be returned unrepaired at your expense. Please note that it may take up to 3 weeks from the time we receive your returned product until we send it back to you.

Limited Lifetime Warranty on BARBOZA™  Cordura® Products

The articles BARBOZA™ Seal Pack, Baby Seal, Strap Bag, Wave Bag, Wash Bag and Shopper made of durable Cordura® are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Should a problem arise with one of these items and the problem is due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions set forth herein. This warranty applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the product.

This lifetime warranty (30 years) covers defects in workmanship only, but not damage caused by improper use (such as transporting unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or improper transport (such as by airlines). Any service or repairs to your product not covered by the warranty can be performed by any company. Service or repairs not performed by a professional will void this warranty.

Within the first 2 years, the warranty also covers manufacturing and/or component defects such as a faulty zipper, damaged buckles, peeling coating or discoloration of the fabric. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use (such as transporting unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or improper transport (such as by airlines). Any maintenance or repairs to your product not covered by the warranty can be performed by any company.  If maintenance or repairs are not carried out properly, this warranty will be void.

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, labor costs, or damages attributable to work performed by anyone other than a warranty center. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties are hereby excluded. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the product.
